HOW IT WORKS

5 Voices Leader Academy

The Leader Academy begins January 2027. There are 2 components to you leadership journey: Workshops & Core Groups. There are 6 half-day Workshops spaced throughout the year. In between the workshops, you are placed in a Core Group with a few other leaders from the workshops. Total time commitment is about 3-6 hours / month for 12 months depending on when the workshops fall. Here's how it all works:

The Workshop Experience:

The Leader Academy follows GiANT's 5 Voices for Teams framework. Learn how the healthiest leaders understand how they're wired to become leaders worth following.

Half-day workshops will be in Greenwood, IN on the following dates: January 14, February 25, April 8, May 20, August 12, & October 7,

Discovering Your Leadership Voice Start with you. Learn your 5 Voices profile and how it shapes the way you lead, decide, and communicate.

The Power of Your Voice Your voice is a strength... and under pressure it can become a weapon. See both sides, and learn to steer.

Becoming a Leader Worth Following Lead from health instead of habit. Learn what makes people want to follow you, and what quietly pushes them away.

Relational Dynamics See how the voices around you work together (and where they collide). Learn to say things in a way each person can actually hear.

Optimizing Personal Performance You can't pour from empty. Build rhythms that protect your energy, focus, and margin.

Building Leaders Worth Following Turn it outward. Build trust, respect, and influence in the people around you, and a culture that lasts past any one meeting.

The Core Group Experience:

The Leader Academy utilizes GiANT Worldwide's Leadership Toolkit to help leaders process and apply the learnings of the 5 Voices Workshops. This is not leadership theory. It is transformational application led by a certified GiANT Worldwide coach so you can take it back to your team immediately.

Each Core Group will determine the best day, time, and location for their group.

Interact with other leaders in your Core Group that meets every other week between workshops for 75 min. Diverse perspectives, voices, relationships, and industries bring exponential growth.

The 5 Voices Assessment. A breakdown of your leadership voice, how you perform at your best, how stress changes you, and how you build influence and become a leader worth following.

GiANT OS Pro subscription is included as part of the Leader Academy. All of your tools in one place: the assessment, a dashboard to track results and assign learning, a directory for understanding how to work with each person, and a 5 Voices AI assistant for quick, practical help between sessions.
